Site Requirements:
The URL(s) for implementation must meet the following guidelines:
1. It is now a legal requirement for all websites now to contain Terms and Conditions of use. Terms of use serve to provide legislative protection for you, the website publisher, as well as your end users. As such, the Terms for a site should be well thought out and clearly displayed.
2. There must be clear company information in an ‘About Us’ section, along with a method of contact (via email or phone), ideally in a separate ‘Contact Us’ page
3. Each site submitted must have a clear layout, good design with clear navigation and good content.
4. Web page(s) must not disable the browser’s back button
5. Web page(s) must not spawn more than one partial pop-up/pop-under window
6. Web page(s) must not automatically replace the browser homepage
7. Web page(s) must not make a user download files or programs
8. Web page(s) must not automatically install files or programs on the user’s machine
9. In addition, in order to maintain quality of traffic there must be no over reliance on other PPC engines as main traffic source for the site’(s) themselves.
10. Overall a site must be a quality site for the advertisers that will feature on it.

1. Adult-oriented content (However; Content Match is acceptable on adult-only portal sites)
2. Crime: Violence, civil lawsuits, stolen products, theft, etc.
3. Content related to human suffering or death
4. Copyright or trademark-sensitive issues
5. Firearms, weaponry, ammunition, fireworks or explosives
6. Gambling
7. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
8. Propaganda, potentially offensive or controversial content
9. Body parts and bodily fluids
10. Hazardous substances
11. Political, religious or charitable organizations, issues or causes
12. Tobacco and tobacco-related issues
13. Hacking, surveillance, interception or descrambling equipment
